AutoSalon Rotterdam offers its participants much more than just the traditional floor space.

Discussions with leading market players have led to an innovative exhibition concept in which participants get maximum exposure and a high service level at very competitive rates.

This is achieved by means of a sophisticated visitor campaign based on a down-to-earth fair image, a focus on “passion for cars” and an active visitor experience.

For a carefree experience AutoSalon Rotterdam offers its participants a sustainable and innovative stand concept, designed by a team of experienced architects and designers. The units will, in close cooperation with you, be constructed from modular elements using your branding and the required “look and feel”.

All you have to do as a participant is bring in your cars and present your brand with enthusiasm and passion during AutoSalon Rotterdam 2016.

Floor space

Because of the limited availability we offer each participant a maximum of 500 m2 floor space. To keep this exhibition attractive and up to date it is important that only the latest models are displayed. When you have the possibility to display a concept car we will be able to offer special conditions. This is decided by the management after consultation of an Advisory Committee.

Our event agency, Rotterdam Expo & Events, has over 25 years of experience organizing large scale fairs and events. Because of our intensive cooperation with Ahoy Exhibition Centre Rotterdam we can guarantee the best possible treatment for both the participant and the visitor before and during the exhibition. On top of that the organization of AutoSalon Rotterdam will be assisted by an experienced Public Relations & Advertising Agency.

Besides the promotional material and entry tickets, that will be made available in sufficient quantity, we are executing a wide scale campaign in:
